The advantage of becoming a "VIP Member" will give you a home and a place of belonging (however campy that sounds).
It also opens you to a few features that "Guests" do not have while visiting that Bathroom Wall.
For example...
*** You get your own "inbox" where other Members can PM (private message) you. And be notified in your email (the one you signed up with), that you have a message waiting for you here at the Bathroom Wall.
This helps keep your private information *private*.
And you only have to share what you like with whom, and not the whole world (ie: email address).
*** You can subscribe to topics. It's basically like a bookmark of the topics that you like or want to watch, without searching for it everytime you visit.
*** At the moment anyone may post and share anything they like on the Bathroom Wall.
This privledge may become reserved just for Members in the future.
But for us to do something like that (only allow Members to post and share), would be the result of us controlling SPAM and assholes.
And should it happen, we will strive to have the Bathroom Wall to remain open - so that "Guests" may still "view" and enjoy without "signing-up" to get what they came for.
