Yes, you can now search all of the Bathroom Wall contents.
The search bar is at the top of the page.

The search engine is JRank. And if your 'search' cannot be found, a Google search is offered.
They will crawl the Bathroom Wall daily - up to 25,000 pages.
Hopefully this will be sufficent?
