How do I embed a XTube video here?
It's real easy!
Because this is a forum, you cannot just copy and slap the code into your post (like on websites).
Once you see how it's done, you'll be a pro at it (promise).

Go to XTube's website and grab the embed code of the video that you want to share here on the Wall.

Once you have the code, paste it into your New Topic that you are going to post.

Now there is only one thing left to do.
Once you have copied that code, place it between this:
[ video]http://pc5.xtube.com/embed_player.swf?user_id=thecandyspookie&idx=5&auto=0&video_id=sTvamWv712-&clip_id=Fu37PjqGbm-[ /video]

Make sure there are no spaces. The example given here does. Otherwise, the video would be shown - and not the example.

Preview your post before posting (to make sure you got it right).
If you did it right you'll see your video!
Now press "Submit New Topic"!
